A PERFECT ALTERNATIVE TO CHICKEN TIKKA
500 grams white mushrooms cleaned and pat dry with a kitchen towel
100 grams white yoghurt at room temperature
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
juice of half a lime
2 tablespoons NITU DIDI tandoori masala
1 teaspoon of NITU DIDI chilli flakes if u want it spicy
marinate the mushrooms with the above overnight.
heat a grill, or a non stick frying pan or a bbq and grill the mushrooms till done
serve with NAAN!!
