FOR THE BASE
200 grams of marie biscuits, crushed and mixed with 80 grams of butter..spoon this mixture into a spring form dish or even a pie dish will do… press it with the back of the spoon so it sets well and refrigerate it while you proceed with the filling
FOR THE FILLING
250 grams cream cheese…we used KRAFT PHILADELPHIA CHEESE, kept at room temperature
250 grams of whipping cream
100 grams or more of fine sugar (to taste)
a little essence of your choice
jam or berries or pineapple to decorate
mix the cream cheese well and then add the sugar and the whipping cream slowly so its all well mixed. add the essence of your choice if u like…if not u dont have to…
pour it over the hardened biscuit crust and refrigerate. you can decorate with cut berries of your choice, or canned pineapple or even the jam of your choice.
