I eat tofu once a week and am always finding ways to make it differently. Mushrooms are good for health and i thought of a way to combine both in a different style. I used no cheese so its good for my vegan friends and also for those on a diet. If you cant get onion soup powder you can use spring onions and dried onions or fried onions also.I have created a step by step bilingual video tutorial to make cooking easier for all of you!!
