Namaste and hola!! I am NITU… NITU DIDI for all of those who know me and love me…. I am an Indian woman living in Valencia (Spain).. food is my passion, and my love… I make simple food with easy to find ingredients.. I cook for my family, my loved ones and NOW FOR ALL OF YOU!!!
Having being brought up between Africa and Hongkong and now in Spain my food has been influenced by my upbringing…. I spent many hours in the kitchen watching my nanny ROSY cook amazing food for my father… I guess something must have been ingrained in me.. COOKING FOR ME COMES AS NATURALLY AS MAKING LOVE….
A simple recipe of oatmeal cookies which I made for my daughter and posted on facebook was spotted by my cousin in Hongkong who started COOKING WITH NITU DIDI on facebook less than 18 months ago… Much to my shock… my fanfollowing has grown.. I now post a recipe with a picture more or less daily… I reply to comments and give suggestions and HAS MY LIFE CHANGED!!!
Come and let me teach you how to cook… let me transport you to a world of spice and color… I AM SURE U WILL LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!!!

Hi Neetu,
I am looking for preparing meat masala, that I can use as a general powder, can you share the receipe or let me know where I can find it.
Hi Harsh
This is an interesting question. I have a video uploaded on how to make garam masala. This is a nice all spice which I use for my meat and chicken dishes. I love the flavour it gives to my meat. If you find it a little mild you can add more spices to it like nutmeg, rose petals etc. You can do a google search for nitu didi garam masala video ok? Hope this helps
